1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with any other party.

4Fund Deposits and Withdrawals

7User Conduct and Prohibitions

• Engaging in any form of fraud, hacking, DDoS attacks, or attempts to disrupt platform operations.
• Sharing or selling your account to another party.

Syokwin reserves the right to take immediate action against accounts that violate any of the above rules, including immediate suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of any remaining balance without compensation.

8Account Suspension and Closure

Syokwin reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age.
• Breach of any terms in this document.
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious behaviour.
• Failure to submit the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the syokwin support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all rollover requirements are met and KYC verification is complete.
